My name is Shereen Oliver. I’m thrilled to have you here.
With over 18 years of experience supporting women in the health and wellness space, I bring a holistic approach to counselling that focuses on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.
As a Registered Counsellor, Fitness Professional and Nutrition & Wellness Coach, I understand that true wellbeing and emotional wellness comes from understanding and honoring all aspects of ourselves – physical and emotional.
Having navigated my own journey through triumphs, fear, societal expectations, obesity, success, wins, heartbreak, breakups, motherhood, loss, grief, growth, failure, the unique challenges of perimenopause, menopause, and watching my three sons grow up and begin to leave the nest.
These lived experiences have shaped me and they drive my passion for creating a safe and supportive space where you can discover, gain clarity, confidence and balance.
