Frequently Asked Questions

  • I offer sessions:

In-person: Lakes Drive Family Practice, 112 The Lakes Drive, Glenmore Park

Online: Available via Telehealth throughout Australia and internationally. You can make a booking here.

  • Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (AEST). Weeknights and weekends are available by special arrangement.

Please email me to organise times outside of the online booking schedule.

  • Yes, completing a few forms is an important part of the process, designed to benefit you, support you and ensure everything runs smoothly. These include a Client Intake Form, Privacy Form, and Consent Form, which help me understand your needs and ensure your information is handled with care.

If you book via telephone or email, I’ll send the forms to you by email. If you enquire through the medical centre, the forms will be available for pickup there. And for online bookings, you’ll be able to conveniently complete the forms online. I always suggest filling them out before our session so that we can make the most of our time together. This helps us start your journey together with clarity and focus on your well-being

If you have any questions while filling them out, feel free to reach out to me.

  • Your first session will be an initial consultation, where I will guide the conversation to learn about your background, current challenges, and goals for counselling. Together, we’ll explore potential options and outline what you can expect moving forward.

To make the most of this session, you’re welcome to prepare a list of questions to ensure we’re aligned with your expectations and goals. This is a great opportunity to create a foundation for our work together.

  • Please see our Offerings page for the latest information.

  • Medicare rebates are not available for my counselling services, and you don’t need a referral or a mental health care plan from your GP to book an appointment.

I’ve thoughtfully designed my pricing to be as affordable as possible, reflecting what you might pay if a Medicare rebate were applied. My goal is to make quality counselling accessible and supportive for everyone.

    • Payment is required before your session via the online booking system or in some instances via Bank Transfer.

    • Accepted methods: Credit/debit card and other contactless payments.

    • Direct transfers can be arranged; invoices will be sent with 24-hour payment term.

  • At this time, I am unable to accept referrals through these programs. However, I’m happy to work with you privately to provide the support you need.
